CITY OF SUN PRAIRIE TO HOST REFERENDUM PUBLIC SAFETY TOWN HALL

This final information session will focus on the needs of our public safety departments

Sun Prairie, WIS. – The City of Sun Prairie has hosted six public town halls about the upcoming referendum. These sessions have included a presentation by City officials about the referendum, as well as a Q&A session hosted by the City’s elected officials. The goal of these town halls has been to share more details and communicate the City’s funding challenges with our community so residents feel well-informed before entering the voting booth on April 7.

Next Monday, the City will host a final town hall on this topic, with an emphasis on how and why the referendum seeks to invest in our public safety departments. This session is open to the public and will be held on Monday, March 30 from 6-8 p.m. at Fire Station II located at 2598 W Main St.

We encourage residents who have not been able to attend previous town halls to join and come with any questions they may have. If you are unable to attend, you can view a recording of a past town hall on our website. Visit www.cityofsunprairie.com/referendum to learn more.
