SUN PRAIRIE FARMERS MARKET LAUNCHES 40TH SEASON ON SATURDAY, MAY 2

Sun Prairie, WIS. – The 2026 Sun Prairie Farmers Market is set to launch its milestone 40th season on
Saturday, May 2. The market will run every Saturday from May through October, from 7:00 a.m. to
12:00 p.m., in Downtown Sun Prairie. This year’s market is proudly presented by Salvatore’s Tomato
Pies.

The Sun Prairie Farmers Market will once again host an outstanding lineup of local farmers, artisan food
producers, and makers from throughout the region. Each vendor brings a commitment to high-quality,
locally grown and locally crafted products, offering a vibrant showcase of the area’s agricultural and
creative talent.

Throughout the 2026 season, visitors can enjoy a variety of monthly community events held on the third
Saturday of each month. The market will also feature weekly live music and family-friendly activities,
creating a lively Saturday morning destination for all ages.

“The Sun Prairie Farmers’ Market has been a long-standing staple in the community, and after 40 years,
it still continues to grow and expand the exceptional offering of locally grown and produced foods and
goods for our community,” said Sarah Wells, Farmers Market Manager. “We are really excited to get this
2026 season kicked off and welcome our friends and neighbors back to the market on Saturday
