Sun Prairie, WIS. – The City of Sun Prairie is pleased to share that long-time business and leading Midwest paint manufacturer Hallman/Lindsay Paints has announced the acquisition of O’Leary Paint, a respected regional paint provider with locations across Michigan and northern Indiana.

Sun Prairie has been home to Hallman/Lindsay Points for 70 years, with a manufacturing facility and retail location in the Sun Prairie Business Park, located at 1717 N Bristol Street.

The combined organization strengthens Hallman/Lindsay’s position as a leading independent paint manufacturer in the Midwest, with an expanded retail footprint and enhanced capabilities to support professional contractors, property managers and homeowners.

This strategic move brings together two independent, family-owned companies with deep roots in their
communities and a shared commitment to quality, service and expertise.

For customers, the message is simple: same great people, now with access to even more great products.
O'Leary Paint customers will continue working with the same trusted teams and local experts they've relied on for years. Existing relationships, service levels and day-to-day operations will remain unchanged.

What will change is the breadth of solutions available. By combining resources, manufacturing capabilities and product portfolios, customers will now benefit from an expanded offering of high performance coatings, finishes, and support, all backed by decades of combined industry experience.
