Ryan Cassady Promoted to Bank Manager in Sun Prairie

(February 2026) – One Community Bank is excited to announce the promotion of Ryan Cassady to the role of Bank Manager at OCB – Sun Prairie.

“Ryan’s dedication to professional growth and commitment to delivering exceptional service makes him a great fit for this role,” said Robyn Ropson, VP – Area Banking Manager. “His client first mindset will continue to strengthen our team and how we serve the Sun Prairie community.”

Ryan began his career at OCB as a Teller in McFarland, where he quickly expanded his knowledge of bank operations. He later transitioned to the Sun Prairie location as a Relationship Banker.

Throughout his years at OCB, Ryan has consistently demonstrated a strong drive for continuous learning and leadership. In his new role, Ryan will oversee current daily processes and procedures, while collaborating with colleagues and clients.

“Seeking creative ways to say ‘yes’ is the most rewarding part of my job,” said Ryan. “Being able to support and help develop that creativity to better serve our clients’ needs is everything. I am looking forward to continuing growing connections and serving the Sun Prairie community.”

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their dog Betty. He also enjoys golfing, watching sports, and gathering with family and friends around a bonfire.
