One Community Bank Welcomes Wendy Jirsa as AVP – Bank Manager

(March 2024) – As a new location is set to open in Cottage Grove, One Community Bank is excited to welcome Wendy Jirsa as the AVP – Bank Manager.

“Wendy’s arrival marks a significant moment for us as we prepare to open a new bank location and join a new community in Cottage Grove. Her expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in establishing our presence and delivering exceptional service. I’m excited to get to work with Wendy and see what accomplishments and successes she will bring to OCB – Cottage Grove,” said Nona Havey, VP – Retail Banking Manager.

Wendy has 20 years of experience working in local community banks. She has held a variety of roles throughout her career. In each position, Wendy prioritized the delivery of exceptional service to clients, ensuring their personal and business banking needs are always met.

“I’m excited to join OCB and be a part of an organization that truly gives back to the communities it serves,” said Wendy. “I love the community involvement done by OCB and the true commitment to be a community bank. I’m very excited to be a part of bringing OCB and everything it has to offer to the Cottage Grove community. I look forward to growing connections and serving the community.”

Committed to serving her community, Wendy is involved in the Verona Chamber of Commerce and has held the President position since 2022. In 2019, her contributions were honored when she won the “Woman of the Year” competition with the Madison Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

In her spare time, Wendy enjoys cheering on her three kids as they play their favorite sports. She also values spending time outdoors, whether it’s snowmobiling or being by a lake.
