Madison, WI (July 17, 2026): Capitol Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Beth Vander Meulen as its new Marketing Director. Beth brings extensive experience in marketing strategy, brand development, and communications, a background well-suited to Capitol Bank's continued growth in the Greater Madison market.
