About Us
Selah Pilates + Care is a place to pause, a space to breathe, and a community to reset. We are a multi-room pilates and yoga studio offering a wide range of classes for every body. Offerings include: reformer pilates, mat pilates and sculpt classes, yoga, and chair yoga. Our 1,500 sq ft mat room, doubles as a beautiful event space rental for celebrations of all kind. We also have a stunning and peaceful lobby area rental space for more intimate gatherings. In addition, our playroom Selah Kids, is designed for your little ones to play and learn, all while you are in the class room next door. Selah aims to bring a warm and inviting community to the heart of Sun Prairie on Main St.
