Primal’Cue will serve Southern Style barbecue in three distinct ways; traditional options such as smoked beef, chicken, and pork; locally raised Wisconsin game such as venison, turkey, duck, goose, and rabbit.
Primal’Cue will also offer vegan options such as smoked jackfruit and locally grown
vegetables.
Primal’Cue plans to run the restaurant and catering in the space within the Ice Arena -this works out great with the hockey season being its busiest during the winter and
traditionally BBQ restaurant and catering being the busiest during the summer months.
