About Us

The NOB Bar & Grill, short for The Neighborhood on Bristol Bar & Grill, is a locally owned Washington, D.C.–Wisconsin infused bar and grill in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The NOB offers a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere with bold flavors, scratch-made food, great drinks, sports, and community events. Our kitchen focuses on quality, with approximately 90% of our sauces made in-house and fresh chicken and fish served daily. Signature favorites include jumbo wings, Nashville Hot Cheese Curds, Catfish Nuggets, Steak & Cheese Egg Rolls, Jerk Chicken Egg Rolls, Pig Wings, burgers, and homemade sides. With multiple large screens, The NOB is also a destination for Packers, Badgers, March Madness, UFC, and other major sporting events. Most importantly, we are committed to supporting and bringing together the Sun Prairie community. The NOB is where Washington, D.C. flavor meets Wisconsin hospitality.
