Hyland Campus is located in the beautiful, historic town of Sun Prairie, just outside of Madison. Here you will find an array of living options for adults age 55 or older.

Hyland Crossings, our memory care community, is customized to meet the specific needs of those living with Alzheimer's or other dementia. Each furnished, private studio is thoughtfully planned.
