Home Services Crew Member
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help install seasonal and permanent lighting on homes, clean windows, and provide a positive experience for every customer. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required. This is a part-time position with the possibility of additional hours and opportunities for growth.
Schedule
• A minimum of 15 hours per week, with additional hours potentially available
• Saturday and Sunday availability, generally from mid-morning through mid-afternoon
• Availability for a few short evening shifts during the week, generally between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
• Install seasonal and permanent lighting on residential properties
• Perform window-cleaning services
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
• Complete work carefully and with strong attention to detail
• Help ensure each customer is satisfied with the completed work
Qualifications
• No prior experience is required; training will be provided
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Comfortable working on ladders; no roof work is required
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions
• Willing to complete a background check
