BBBS: The BIG Draft 2025 Volunteer Recruitment Campaign

In partnership with NFL Inspire Change, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County is launching The Big Draft, a campaign to recruit 100 new local mentors as part of a statewide push for more volunteers. Leading up to the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay, The Big Draft aims to inspire individuals in Dane County to step up, make a lasting impact, and help shape brighter futures for youth.

While the NFL is drafting their next generation of players, Big Brothers Big Sisters is drafting its next generation of mentors.

Are you up to the challenge of being a first-round pick?

Sing up to be a Big - Get off the sidelines and on the field!

Commitment:

  • Minimum of 1 year

  • Meet 2-4 times a month for 1-3 hours

Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older

  • Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

  • Complete application and pass background check
