Aesthetic Nurse (RN)

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality client care, performing clinical procedures, and supporting our clients through their weight loss journeys. This role includes the opportunity to learn and perform facial aesthetics injectables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Procedures:

  • Perform lab draws and manage specimen collection.

  • Administer IV therapy and monitor patients throughout the process.

  • Conduct weight loss and nutrition consultations and follow-up appointments, providing guidance and support to clients.

• Client Care:

  • Assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team.

  • Educate clients on health and wellness topics, including lifestyle modifications and weight management strategies.

• Aesthetic Training:

  • Participate in training sessions for facial aesthetics injectables and other advanced procedures, as required.

  • Assist in administering aesthetic treatments under the supervision of licensed professionals.

• Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all patient interactions comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

  • Follow all safety protocols and best practices in clinical procedures, body contouring and recovery machines, and patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.

• Experience in a clinical or medical setting; experience in aesthetic or spa environments is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development, especially in aesthetic procedures.
