The Accounting and Operations Coordinator is responsible for:
Managing and maintaining day-to-day accounting systems, donor systems and administrative operation functions.
Providing support such as preparation of vendor payments, donor entries into the CRM system, monthly reconciliations and balance of ledgers.
Serving as the lead of all accounts receivable and payable functions, and being prepared to regularly interact with staff, volunteers and vendors.
