Electric micromobility devices (e-bikes, e-scooters, and e-motos) suddenly seem to be everywhere these days. But how do we know which ones belong where, and how do we make sure their spread improves mobility and convenience for all without endangering their users or others? Join SPARC at the Sun Prairie Public Library for a discussion with two experts currently in the thick of efforts to manage this increasingly complicated issue for our communities and neighborhoods.
