Shelter From The Storm Ministries is excited to bring you a family friendly skating event to support homeless Moms and children.

Skate for Our Future.
Were planning an afternoon of fun with open skate for the entire family, lessons from professional coaching staff, giveaways, and a special performance by our local Synchronized Skating team and individual Senior level skaters.
We will have professional coaches available to give group/individual lessons in a relaxed environment for those skaters who are interested. If you need to rent skates-skate rental is included with your registration donation.
All proceeds directly benefit Shelter From the Storm Ministries, Inc. A womens and kids transitional Shelter in Sun Prairie. Serving Sun Prairie and the surrounding communities

 

• 1-3:30 pm- Free Coloring Pages & stickers for kids, free prize drawings in rink lobby

• 1:-2:00 pm- Family Skate, On ice group lessons available

• 2-2:15 pm- Ice make, grab some concessions and get ready for our performances!

• 2:15-2:35   On Ice performances
  • Synchronized Skating Team
  • Brookelle T- Lives in Sun Prairie, senior in high school at Edgewood, Senior level skater, figure skating gold medalist, and regional competitor. 
  • Claire- Claire is 8  years old and has been skating since she was 4. She recently landed her Axel jump which is an accomplishment she is very proud of.

• 2:45-3:30- Family Skate. On ice group lessons available
