This Workshop is intended to explain the elements of a solid Business Plan. We will review the reasons why each element is important to maximize your odds of success, and remove any fears of creating a Business Plan. This workshop is helpful to those starting a business, and to those of you who have an existing business . For those of you that have an existing Business this Workshop will help with some things to think about as you prepare for 2026. Some of the specific areas that we will be discussing are:

The Facilitator for this event is SCORE Member Jim Screeden. Jim has been a SCORE Member, and Certified Master Mentor, who has been a member of SCORE for over 10 years. Jim has an extensive background in professional services and project management , primarily in the mission critical wireless communications space. Other experiences include sales, sales management, marketing, and four years as a communications and electronics officer in the US Army Signal Corps.
