We will be looking at ways to:

Identifying multiple sources for recruiting volunteers

Determining what work should and should not be performed by volunteers

Improve volunteer retention

Tracking volunteer activity and demonstrating their organizational value to the organization.

The Facilitator for this Workshop is Sonja Baille-David. Sonja is a SCORE Member who has an extensive background in Professionally Consulting for Nonprofits. Sonja is a CPA and MBA. She has "hands on" experience in manufacturing and service operation, plus 8 years of NonProfit experience including Grant Management, and Donor Reporting
