The Facilitator for this Workshop is Seifu (Sef) Zerihun, Ph.D.. Seifu is an experienced AI and data science leader and educator

with over a decade of expertise in advanced analytics and AI-driven business solutions.

As founder of Kaytics, he helps organizations leverage data, AI, and machine learning

to deliver measurable results across consumer packaged goods, retail, healthcare, and

emerging tech. Sef has led projects from customer segmentation and predictive

modeling to natural language processing, computer vision, and various other AI

solutions. He previously held data analytics leadership roles at Caterpillar, Grainger, and

Circana. He also teaches AI and analytics to MBA students and has trained

professionals internationally on data science and machine learning. Sef’s mission is to

make advanced AI approachable, practical, and results-driven for any audience.
