Matt has had two careers. For the first 25 years of his working life he worked as a Child and Youth Minister for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. During his last 18 years of working, Matt co-founded a national, tech-based company. He was the company's president for the last ten years of his service. In that time, Matt earned a Master Of Adult Ed in Organizational development, from Alverno College. Currently he is the Education Chair for the Southeastern Wisconsin SCORE chapter and serves on the National SCORE Educational Content sub-committee.
