This practical, beginner-friendly SCORE webinar will introduce small business owners to the concept of using AI as a “personal assistant” to help manage everyday business activities including communication, marketing, organization, brainstorming, customer follow-up, and repetitive administrative work.
The session will focus on simple, real-world applications using tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google Workspace AI features, NotebookLM, Canva, Grammarly, and other affordable systems designed to help small business owners save time and improve productivity.

With extensive experience mentoring startups, micro businesses, nonprofit organizations, healthcare businesses, and service-based companies, Brandon works directly with entrepreneurs navigating the real-world challenges of growth, operations, marketing, and sustainability.
Through his work with hundreds of small business owners, Brandon has seen firsthand how Artificial Intelligence is becoming a practical and affordable tool for entrepreneurs who often wear multiple hats within their business. His approach focuses on helping business owners use AI realistically — not as a replacement for people, but as a “personal assistant” that can improve organization, communication, customer engagement, productivity, and decision-making.
