What's new is who and what now shapes those decisions: AI-powered search, recommendation engines, and generative tools have become the front door to how prospects find you, vet your credibility, and decide whether you're worth their time. Standing out requires understanding both the timeless principles of brand and value, and the new digital and AI-driven dynamics that determine whether you get discovered at all.
Participants will learn how to define and communicate a compelling value proposition, build credibility through social selling, and turn their digital presence into a 24/7 ambassador for their business. The session covers the fundamentals that never go out of style—what a brand really is, the customer value equation, and how to choose and dominate a focused market—alongside today's essential tools and tactics. We'll examine how to optimize a professional profile across platforms like LinkedIn (and how the social landscape has shifted, including X and emerging channels), how to use AI thoughtfully to research prospects and create authentic content, and how the proven "C's" of digital marketing—customer, content, context, community, convenience, cohesion, and conversion—provide a practical framework for cutting through the noise. Throughout, the emphasis is on authenticity and trust, because in an AI-saturated world, genuine human credibility is the ultimate differentiator.

The Facilitator for this Workshop is Rob Brodo. Rob is the President & CEO and co-founder of Advantexe Learning Solutions, a recognized world leader in the design and delivery of simulation-based business learning. Rob co-founded Advantexe in 2006 and is responsible for setting and executing the firm's global strategy and leading comprehensive engagements for clients worldwide in business acumen, business leadership, and strategic selling. With more than 25 years of experience in learning and development, he works globally to drive the design and delivery of award-winning simulations, content, and digital learning tools, including Advantexe's Global Enterprise Simulation platform. He is the author and developer of Advantexe's Strategic Business Selling® curriculum, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, and an active writer and speaker on business strategy, leadership, and the changing dynamics of selling and personal branding in the digital and AI era. Rob has presented at industry events, including ATD, the Training Magazine learning conference, and The Conference Board, as well as hundreds of client sessions and company events worldwide.
