SCORE: Build A Business On A Shoestring - Idea to Income - Module 1

This Workshop is the first of a four Part Series on Building A Business On A Shoestring and this first module is called "Idea To Income ". At this first Workshop in this series we will focus on : • Learning simple methods to brainstorm and narrow down ideas that align with your skills, passions, and market needs. Understand how to spot opportunities in everyday problems or unmet customer needs. • Understand how to spot opportunities in everyday problems or unmet customer needs. • Creative ways to test your idea before investing heavily (Use free and low-cost tools (like surveys, social media polls, and landing pages) to test whether people are willing to pay for their product or service.) • Choosing an idea that can scale into a full-time business • Interpret feedback to decide whether to pivot, persevere, or pause an idea. • Design a simplified version of your product or service to test the market fast. • Build confidence in selling your idea before investing significant money or time.
