Housing Coalition Informational Housing Event

Join the Sun Prairie Housing Coalition for an informational session on shelters, housing programs, and additional housing resources available in Dane County.

Did you know that there are over 150 students in the Sun Prairie school district experiencing homelessness this year?
Homeless living situations include:
• Living in motels, hotels, trailer parks, or camping grounds due to the lack of alternative adequate accommodations;
• Sharing the housing of others due to loss of housing, economic hardship, or a similar reason;
• Staying in emergency or transitional shelters;
• Sleeping in cars, parks, public spaces, abandoned buildings, substandard housing, bus or train stations, or similar settings.

During this event you will get a chance to network with different providers from the YWCA, the Salvation Army, Porchlight, Inc., Sunshine Place, and more!
