Breakfast Bunch - Grief and the Holidays

Most people look forward to the holiday season. But when we have lost a loved one, facing the holidays can be a lonely and difficult time. While others celebrate, we may be mourning and longing for that one who is no longer there.
This presentation offers help to people grieving during the holiday season. Those in attendance will learn coping skills to assist them through the season and ideas for creating holiday rituals to remember loved ones in a special way.
