This Workshop will offer you insight into effective volunteer management including recruitment, training, supervision, retention, and engagement using best practices, models, and strategic framework, as well as tools and resources for you to build your volunteer management strategy.
The Facilitator for this Event is Dr Susan Neustrom. Susan is a SCORER Member, and her expertise is in the NonProfit Sector from leading leading several NonProfit Organization as CEO, and serving on the Board of Directors with extensive experience in change management programs, operations, staff development, capacity building, fundraising, grant writing, board development and relations, marketing, and communication. Her expertise is in Fund Raising. Susan is a positive psychology coach and certified in Whole Being positive psychology. She coaches, trains, and speaks to the human side of leadership and is dedicated to helping leaders take control of planned and unplanned change, eliminate fear, uncertainty, anxiety, and ignite self-motivation for long term success. Susan is also a faculty member at National Louis University, and DePaul University, and the author of "The Comfort Zone Illusion -Leaving Your Comfort Zone Is Not So Hard After All , and a collaborative author of "Finding Unshakeable Happiness".
