The Facilitator for this Workshop is Johnny Wilbon. Johnny is a Small Business Community Officer with Bank Of America, and is responsible for educating and providing resources to small businesses in the Chicagoland area with an emphasis on multicultural and underserved areas. Johnny also serves as the CDFI ambassador for Chicago where he connects small businesses to partners who can assist clients with their business banking needs. Johnny started with Bank Of America 22 years ago , and has held roles as a Financial Center Manager, Market Leader for Chicago's Downtown area, and New Hire Manager for the Chicago Metro Region. Johnny has been committed to associate mentorship and active community volunteerism through partnership with Bank Of America's community channels.
