In Orange Shoe Academy, you'll be outdoors working toward a stronger, leaner and more balanced body. It is a back-to-basics old school workout designed to push you beyond your expectations. Academy is a high intensity routine that combines cardio and strength that will leave you feeling energized, sweaty and probably a little dirty!

No matter where you are at we will meet you with every exercise adjusted to match your fitness level. Each class will increase your fitness level one step at a time. As your body sheds the extra pounds, you will feel more relaxed and filled with energy during the day. Academy is more than a workout, its the way to a happier, healthier way of life.
