BOOTH SPECIFICS
- Space for booth is 12 x 12. Participants must provide their own booth structures & tables.
- Must carry a minimum of $100,000 liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance to The Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce by 7/31/2024. (Contact your insurance agent)
- Return Certificate of insurance and signed Guidelines to:

- Location of booth space is designated by the Chamber of Commerce
- Booth hours are:
- Saturday: Noon to 8:00p.m.
- Sunday: Noon - 5:00p.m.
- Vendors are expected to be at their booth and open during the entire duration of booth hours.
- Booth structures must be in place by 2:00p.m. Friday, August 16th
- Remove all booth items/structures by 10:00am on Monday, August 19th
- All applications are subject to approval by Chamber of Commerce
Right of first refusal for booth locations are provided up until June 1, 2024. Registration after this date, will not reserve the same space as last year.

Required Facility Clean Up Fee: $50 (included in the fee at checkout)
Other Fees:
Electrical - each outlet: $100.00 (220 watts, but please let us know if you will use any electrical as the grounds will need to be set up accordingly so that power is not lost)
