Melissa Lewis Promoted to AVP-Bank Manager
(November 2023) – One Community Bank is delighted to announce the recent promotion of Melissa Lewis to AVP-Bank Manager at its Sun Prairie location!
“Melissa joined One Community Bank over ten years ago as a Teller at our McFarland location. She quickly realized that she had a passion for assisting clients and supporting her colleagues. During her career at One Community Bank, she has trained new Relationship Bankers and now oversees the Sun Prairie location as the AVP-Bank Manager,” said Shelley Edgington, SVP of Retail Banking.
Melissa has been in the banking industry for 12 years. During her time at OCB, she has held multiple retail positions including Teller, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Retail Lead, and Director of Retail Training.
“This role is the best of both worlds for me. I am able to help clients solve problems and achieve their financial goals while also helping my colleagues learn new things. I love being able to lead an amazing retail team at OCB-Sun Prairie,” beamed Melissa.
Melissa is very active in the Sun Prairie community. You can find her representing One Community Bank at local events and Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce events.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Ray, and her children, Liam and Olivia. She also enjoys watching her children participate in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and musical theatre. Melissa is a Wisconsin sports fan, and is always cheering for the Badgers, Packers, and the Milwaukee Bucks.
