BOOTH SPECIFICS
Space for booth is 12’ x 12’. Participants must provide booth structures
Location of booth space is designated by the Chamber of Commerce
Booth hours are: Sat: noon to 9 pm; Sun: noon-6pm
Booth structures must be in place by noon Thurs., August 19
Remove all booth items/structures by 5 pm on Monday, August 23
Only non-profit Chamber members can sell food at booth
Must carry a minimum of $100,000 liability insurance
Applications are due by August 1, 2021
Applications are subject to approval by Chamber of Commerce

Application deadline is August 4, 2021

ALL BOOTHS WHO ARE SELLING ITEMS AT BOOTH: 10% OF SALES DUES TO CHAMBER POST EVENT
Financial reports and payments for booths selling items are due to Chamber by 9/15/2021. Payments must be received by 9/15 or a $50 late fee will apply.
