Everyone tells you to have a Contract. Put it in Writing! They don't tell you why. Do you ever read the contracts that you sign? Why should you thoroughly read a contract? Knowing what is in your contract, will save you money time and effort. On the other hand not knowing what is in a contract can cost you a lot of unplanned money, time, and effort. By attending this Workshop you will find out what is important to look for in a contract, why it is important to know, and how to understand what is written in contracts.

The Facilitator for this Workshop is SCORE Fox Valley Member and Master Mentor Ed Lichtenstein . Ed is a retired Illinois and Pennsylvania Attorney. Ed spent 30 years drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and administering Contracts for International Engineering Corporations, International Construction Corporations, and International Equipment Manufacturers
