DESCRIPTION:Now that the national Election is over\, and we learned who will occupy the White House for the next four years\, which party will control Congress for at least the next two years and write the laws-much of which will affect our taxes\, it is time to refocus our attention on the more immediate task at hand: preparing and filing our income taxes for 2024.\n\n\n\nIncome tax returns for individuals and C-Corporations are due by Tuesday\, April 15th. For those of you having to file a return for an S-Corporation or Partnership\, your deadline is Monday\, March 17th since the 15th falls on a Saturday. Will you be ready?\n\n \n\nIf you\, in mid-February are like so many taxpayers for who the mailman has just delivered the last of this year's tax documents\, you are just now starting to wonder if you owe or receive a refund. At this workshop\, we will highlight changes to the tax code which will affect this year's tax filing. We will also answer your questions about what you can\, or cannot do\, and give you a first look at what you can expect in tax law changes from the newly elected Congress and Presidential Administration.\n\n \n\nThe Facilitator for this Event is SCORE Member and Master Mentor Harry Eng. Harry is a Financial Management Professional with over 50 years of experience. He is a tax expert and runs his own Business.
