\n\nGene Kroupa owned a profitable national marketing research company for 30 years. Gene has served on numerous United Way of Dane County committees\, as well as on the Vision Council and Collaborations Building Team. He is a director of the Bluebird Restoration Association of Wisconsin where he spearheaded efforts that expanded statewide membership by 80% in two years.
\n\nMichael George has been involved with nonprofits for over 40 years. He has served as a board member\, officer\, volunteer\, consultant\, and executive staff member. In addition to his work in Wisconsin\, Mr. George has served as a consultant to associations in 18 other states\, focusing on strategic planning\, development\, fundraising\, governance\, and leadership development.
