For this limited release\, we have teamed up with Sunshine Place in Sun Prairie to raise funds and awareness for neighbors helping neighbors.\n\nAmbrosia Reserve is inspired by the honeyed fruit drink said to give immortality to the Gods of Olympus. We age raw honey harvested from local hives in our ex-bourbon barrels\, saturating the casks with the rich sweetness of natural honeycomb. Then we finish select casks\, infusing the delicate\, floral honey sweetness into our elegant Wisconsin Bourbon.
